1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and kakicuci ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the kakicuci platform, including access to the website, mobile app, and all services offered.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game on kakicuci, you automatically agree to comply with all terms stated herein. This agreement is final and binding from the moment you begin using the platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use kakicuci's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at kakicuci. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, an active Malaysia phone number, and a valid email address. An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted before your first withdrawal is approved. Required documents include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) and proof of payment method.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kakicuci platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Systematically abusing the bonus or promotions system.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any cash balance that has not met withdrawal requirements will be reviewed and processed in accordance with current policy. Unredeemed bonus balances will be forfeited automatically.

Kakicuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms.
